Sugaric Pastries was founded in 2017 in Cagayan de Oro City by Sugar Lyn and Ric, who coined the name "Sugaric" from their own names. Sugar Lyn, a graduate of TESDA's Bread and Pastry Production program, put the business on hold due to a high-risk pregnancy until 2020. In that year, amidst the pandemic, Sugaric Sweet Treats was born out of Sugar Lyn's passion for baking, initially through social media sales. In September 2020, Sugaric Cakes and Pastries Manufacturing was officially registered, gaining recognition for affordable and beautifully customized cakes.

In December 2020, our company was featured in the Christmas Special of GO NEGOSYO's online mentor me. Sugaric was interviewed live online with host Kumander Nene, 1st Pinoy Big Brother Grand Winner.

In 2021, Sugaric expanded its production area and introduced Cheese Stick as a flagship product, later adding Ube and Pineapple flavors. The company also briefly ventured into a collaboration for a cafe, which was short-lived due to personal differences.

In 2022, Sugaric relocated to a larger and more suitable production location in Purok 2, San Jose, Malaybalay City, to accommodate its growing operations.

The year 2023 saw Sugaric's participation in the Kaamulan Festival, where the company gained exposure and brand recognition. Additionally, Sugaric graduated from the DTI & Go Negosyo's Kapatid Mentor Me Program, further enhancing its entrepreneurial skills and capacity. Ric also availed early retirement from his position at PNB to concentrate on upscaling the business, effective October 16, 2023.

Today, Sugaric continues to thrive, offering a wide range of delicious treats that embody the flavors of Bukidnon and uphold the spirit of community support and joy.
